Cole Camp Man Arrested After Being Held at Gunpoint by Police

Sedalia Police report the arrest of a 19-year-old Cole Camp man on November 21 after officers responded to assist an off-duty Missouri Highway Patrol officer.

According to a police report, the Highway Patrol officer had a suspect detained at gunpoint inside a vehicle. The officer said he heard a woman inside the vehicle, screaming for help and trying to get out. She claimed she had been assaulted by her boyfriend, the driver of the vehicle.

The suspect, identified as William Mike Allen Eaton II, of Cole Camp, was arrested and taken to the Pettis County Jail for 3rd Degree Domestic Assault and Felonious Restraint.
