			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Sedalia City Council is looking at drafting an ordinance that would ban smoking in public places.  There are already numerous cities that have drafted similar ordinances that ban smoking in public places, including restaurants and bars across our country and in Missouri. Sedalia already has banned smoking at State Fair Community College and Bothwell Regional Health Center and its affiliates, city owned property also has restrictions that have been put in place.  Many businesses have made the decision on their own to prohibit smoking inside the restaurant or business.</p>
