For some us the memories are still vivid. Making some extra spending money so we could buy what we wanted. We earned it and we spent it on the stuff that was so important to us as kids.
Growing up as a kid in the 60's and early 70's, TV westerns were a staple of most young boys and some young girls. It was a great time to be a kid cuz' you watch an episode of one the western series and then get together with your neighborhood friends and re-enact what happened.
It's probably one of the all-time go-to easy-peasy sandwiches of all time. We loved it as a kid and the relationship with it still continues as an adult. The peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Hands down...one of America's favorite treats.
