Kids, I know sometimes it can be a little strange trying to figure out just what there is to do around here.  I sometimes see people on Facebook or other social media asking, "What are you guys doing tonight?" Well, I think sometimes people forget about all the good community get-togethers around here just because they're not looking for them.

Kids, this weekend I got to spend some time out at America's Car Mart.  They do a pretty regular Customer Appreciation Day, and this time was a big event.  Not only did they have great deals on down payments, but they also had some lunch catered in, free T-shirts and monster trucks!

We had a great time at the 2013 Cabin Fever Sports Show held at the Missouri State Fairgrounds last weekend (Feb. 2-3).  Attendees enjoyed the Pop Up 3D Archery Shoot, participated in our "Shake It for Luke Bryan" contest, hung out with actor Marshall Teague and and shopped around at the vendor booths throughout the Mathewson Center.  The event also collected 272 pounds of canned goods f

Kids, today we got some packages in the mail.  Packages that will mean almost nothing to people who don't work in an office environment: chairs.

Kids, this Saturday I got ANOTHER chance to go up to good old Warrensburg. This time, it was to check out the new Woods Supermarket!
