Huntin’ Harry’s “Score the Buck” Winner is…
If you were out at the Missouri State Fairground last Saturday night (August 18), you had the chance to guess the official score of this big ol' buck for a chance to win some great prizes. We went through all the registrations and tallied all of the guess, and one lucky winner guessed the official score right on the nose. So, who won, and what was the official score?
George Thorogood and Hank Williams Jr. Close Out the 2012 Missouri State Fair Concert Series [PHOTOS]
Thousands of country and blues fans flocked to the grandstands last Saturday night (August 18) for the final concert of the 2012 Missouri State Fair, featuring blues legend George Thorogood and the Destroyers and country icon Hank Williams Jr. The packed show could be heard throughout the fairgrounds late into the night, and both Thorogood and Hank Jr. put on a terrific show. Missouri State Fair Daily Highlights: Sunday, August 19
Today is day 11 of the Missouri State Fair, and is the final day too! Today is Fair Finale/Half Price Day where you can get in for $4 adult admission all day and $1 for kids ages 6-12. It’s also Celebrate Law Enforcement Day where it is free gate admission for Municipal/County/State Law Enforcement with appropriate I.D. and $1 gate admission for immediate family members.

RCA recording artist Bush Hawg were kind enough to let us chat with them on their bus before their set on the Bud Stage at the Missouri State Fair. They are certainly a high energy band and bring the party to the stage. Video and pictures are below.

Mid-Day Parade Delights Fairgoers and Honors Firefighters [PHOTOS]
The 2012 Missouri State Fair, marks the 50th anniversary of the Missouri State Fair Volunteer Fire Department, who are the most unique firefighters in the state. The reason for this is because the department itself only exists for two weeks out of the year during the Missouri State Fair.
