Can You Shave Your Neck for No Shave November?

I'm sure most of you know it's No Shave November. Guys everywhere grow out their beards for an entire month to raise awareness for prostate cancer. A few of us here at the station are doing it, and we've already come across a dilemma we need help with: can we shave our necks?

I always have a little scruff going on my face, but I keep my neck shaved pretty clean. A neck beard is itchy, uncomfortable and looks dumb. It's only been a few days and I already hate it.

We were talking about it around the station, and TECHNICALLY your neck isn't part of your face, so are we allowed to shave our necks during November? Or is that cheating? Sam the Web Guy said it best; "I really want to, but I don't think we should."
