Two Boonville teens suffered minor injuries last night after losing control of a 2000 Ford Explorer on Clark's Fork Rd. in Cooper County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident happend around 8:15 p.m. on August 29 when the vehicle took a curve too fast, exited the roadway, struck a guardrail and overturned.

The driver, 17-year-old Kalie Bealmer, was taken to University Hospital by ambulance.

A passenger, 16-year-old Jessica Grathwohl, refused treatment at the scene.

The Ford Explorer was extensively damaged and towed from the scene.
