Behind The Scenes: Looking Back At Sedalia’s 7th Heaven

I was definitely a music kid.  When I was eleven years old, I started actively looking for anything and everything I could in terms of music. So, as you can imagine, I was a regular at the now defunct 7th Heaven.  They had more than one location in Missouri, and moved around a few places in Sedalia.  Times have definitely changed, I don't even know if there's a music store around here anymore. Everybody buys music online now, I guess. Well, our Townsquare Sales Manager, Julie, started out working there in the eighties and eventually became the Manager.  I asked Julie about what it was like to work at the record shop!

I remember buying my first tape in the tiny little Thompson Hills location she mentions: Paula Abdul's Spellbound. I had a crush on Keanu Reeves, don't judge me. What are your memories of 7th Heaven? What was your favorite part?
