Batman vs. Superman’ doesn’t open until 2016, but our first glimpse at footage from Zack Snyder’s ‘Man of Steel’ follow-up may be right around the corner. According to the latest internet buzz, the first teaser trailer for the film will arrive next month, attached to ‘Jupiter Ascending.’

For those of you without every 2015 release date stored in your head (nobody’s perfect), that means the teaser may be here as soon as February 6. Still, make sure you grab your fair share of salt with this one. There has not been any kind of official announcement and the only thing we have to go by is this tweet from Latino Review’s El Mayimbe:

That’s seemingly backed up by a listing on this site, which says that the ‘Batman vs. Superman’ and ‘Man From U.N.C.L.E.’ trailers will both run with ‘Jupiter’. And then there’s the fact that ‘Jupiter Ascending’ feels like the right choice to premiere a teaser. Although you’d think that comic book movie fans would already be interested in a big budget space opera, the latest spectacle from the Wachowskis is still looking like a tough sell for many people. Perhaps the best way to boost attendance for a weirdo sci-fi tale starring Channing Tatum as a wolf-alien-assassin-thing with rocket boots is to attach a highly anticipated preview and hope that gives everyone the necessary motivation.

‘Batman vs. Superman’ is set to fly into theaters on March 25, 2016.
