The next generation of country music lovers are getting ready to vote for their top artists at the 2018 Teen Choice Awards, which will take place later this summer. The nominees for this year's Teen Choice Awards have been announced, and in addition to -- of course -- finding themselves in the Choice Country Artist category, some country artists have been nominated for all-genre awards as well.

One of those county acts is Florida Georgia Line. Together with their collaborator and pop artist Bebe Rexha, the duo is up for an award in the Choice Collaboration category for their record-breaking smash collaboration, "Meant to Be." They will face off against Bruno Mars and Cardi B, Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran, the Weeknd and Kendrick Lamar and Zac Efron and Zendaya. That category also has country's Maren Morris, Zedd and Grey competing for the title for their song "The Middle."

FGL also holds the distinction of being the only country group to get nominated for Choice Music Group. In that category, they are up against 5 Seconds of Summer, Fifth Harmony, Maroon 5, Migos and Why Don't We. Morris is again nominated for Choice Country Artist. That category also has Blake Shelton, Carrie Underwood, Kane Brown, Kelsea Ballerini and Thomas Rhett going head to head.

The 2018 Teen Choice Awards will take place on Aug. 12. The first round of voting for the show, which will air on Fox, is open now through June 19. More information about can be found on the Fox website.
