Nominees for the 2016 iHeartRadio Music Awards have been revealed, and many big country names are in the mix, not just in the awards show's two country-specific categories but in many of the all-genre categories as well.

The Zac Brown Band and Thomas Rhett each earned multiple nods, including in some non-country categories. The ZBB are up for the all-genre Best Duo / Group of the Year, Country Song of the Year ("Homegrown") and, perhaps a surprise, Rock Song of the Year ("Heavy Is the Head," their collaboration with Chris Cornell). Rhett, meanwhile, is nominated for Country Artist of the Year and the fan-voted Best Lyrics award, the latter for "Die a Happy Man."

Also nominated in all-genre categories are Carrie Underwood (Female Artist of the Year), Luke Bryan (Male Artist of the Year and Best Tour), Sam Hunt (Best New Artist) and Garth Brooks (Best Tour). Kelly Clarkson received a nod for Best Cover Song, while Taylor Swift is up for seven total awards. A complete list of country nominees is below.

Jason Aldean and Brantley Gilbert were among the winners at the 2015 iHeartRadio Music Awards.

The 2016 iHeartRadio Music Awards are set for April 3 at the Forum in Los Angeles, Calif. They will be broadcast live on TBS, TNT and truTV, as well as simulcast on iHeartMedia radio stations and the iHeartRadio digital music platform, beginning at 8PM ET.
