On Thursday, May 2, Reece & Nichols Warrensburg/Whiteman Realty will host their annual Parade of Homes. It’s a circuit of available homes for sale, some new construction, while others are existing structures. Some are even in the final stages of completion where a buyer may be able to specify the finishing touches such as paint color or basement configuration.
KIX 105’s own Ray The Janitor will kick off the Parade with an open house and pre-parade BBQ party, but don’t worry, he’s not actually grilling. He’ll be serving up BBQ from the brand new Miller & Sons BBQ in Knob Noster.
The party starts at 2:00 at a brand new home located at 807 Charles in the Whispering Hills subdivision in Knob Noster. It’s a 3 br, 2 bath true ranch with a full walk out basement built by Scott Adams. The parade will start at 4:00 and last until 7:00.
